If you have a credit card, buying VoiceGym could not be easier. Just click on the "Buy Now" links below. You will be asked to fill in some information that we need to be able to deliver your order anywhere in the world (please include your phone number as a backup for the courier!). If you prefer, and you have a UK bank account, you can order by post with a cheque in GB pounds. When you order a Pack you will also be asked to indicate the physio-ball size you require - click here for measurement instructions.

Shipping Charges

The appropriate packing and delivery charges will be automatically added to your shopping cart after you have entered your delivery address. Terms and Conditions

Security

Credit cards orders are taken for us by WorldPay, using the most secure systems available. Your card details will not be held on any web server, and your card number will not even be known by us when ordering online. The final credit card payment can be made in either GB Pounds, Euros or US Dollars.

Returns policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the receipt slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase please email us within 7 days of purchase or receipt at returns@voicetraining.co.uk or write to us at the address at the bottom of this page.

Please tell us your name, address, order number (which is on your receipt) and delivery date. If your order was made from this website, please tell us the WorldPay transaction ID. If your order was made by post, please say so. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to return the goods in their original packaging. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
